In 2017, a group of fintech executives from New York visited Puerto Rico and fell in love with its culture and people. They also noticed the untapped potential of the island's financial services sector. Inspired to make a difference, they founded B2B Funding, a fintech startup, with a local slogan "Aqui Para Aqui," meaning "Here for Here," symbolizing their commitment to Puerto Rico.

Their first offering was a quick, digital, and AI-driven business finance tool designed specifically for small local businesses. This innovative solution allowed entrepreneurs to obtain fast growth capital in under 3 days, addressing a critical need and kickstarting a fintech revolution on the island.

Buoyed by this success and driven by customer demand, B2B Funding swiftly expanded into the payments sector, forming its second company, B2B Merchants. Their payments platform, characterized by its simplicity, security, and convenience, catered to the diverse needs of Puerto Rico's economy.
